Every now and then I'm going to post some of the older dreams I have recorded on my computer here. I've still got a lot of stories to share, but I don't know where to start...

August 23rd, 2010

For some reason, I had obtained a sparkling blue stone with magical properties; if it was completely wrapped in string, it could transform you into any animal. My friends are I were exploring a huge, labyrinth-like cave, but I didn’t have any clue why. At one point we became separated, and I made my way to what appeared to be the exit. I happily walked out, but as soon as my foot hit the grass outside, a strange voice echoed in my head, telling me that I should’ve followed the signs. Signs? What did they mean by ‘signs’? Confused, I continued walking. I seemed to be in a tropical paradise of sorts, though to my horror I found that it was concealed by rocky cliffs. I ran back to the cave entrance, but I couldn’t go through! Determined to escape, I rushed over to the other side of the place in search of an exit. To my disappointment, I found nothing. I suddenly remembered the transformation stone- I quickly wrapped it up in thick black string, and then turned myself into some kind of bird before flying away. The dream sent me back inside the labyrinth, and I came across yet another potential exit. The ominous voice that said, you should’ve followed the signs, repeated itself as I walked through the door. I was back in the concealed paradise, so I simply whipped out my stone and began wrapping it in black string. However, this time I was stopped by a woman with blonde hair. She had the same voice as the one I kept hearing. She glared at me and told me that no enrichment was allowed in there. She told me to put it away, and sent me to the back of the room. Oh well, I’d just take out the stone when she wasn’t looking. I found a group of kids sitting against the back wall. They were wearing headphones, and they had miserable looks on their faces. They explained to me that we should’ve followed the signs, and that we’d be kept in here with absolutely no enrichment until the day we died as a punishment. The blonde lady would be watching over us to make sure we don’t try to escape, or have any fun. Well, it didn’t matter to me, with my transformation stone in hand, I’d escape this dump! I yanked it out again, but the woman shot me a glance and told me to put it away that instant. There were quite a few events that took place in the concealed paradise before the dream transitioned to a train. Jo and I were sitting on the roof of one of the cars, watching a fight break lose. A monkey and something else were battling a wolf dressed in formal clothing. Judging by his dialogue, the wolf wasn’t very bright. The monkey grabbed a banana and shot sticky mud out of it, causing the stupid wolf to fall off the train. I said to Jo that I wished I could have super powers, and that I knew I had that stone, but it wouldn’t work in the situation I’m in. The dream warped back to the concealed paradise—I believe the last scene was a dream within a dream. Several more events occurred, and I ended up seeing Michelle on the other side of the cliffs. I quickly told her to tell everyone she knew about this place before the blonde lady led me away. But before Michelle was able to spread the word, the dream ended.
