I have no idea why I made this.



If it wasn't obvious, I seriously screwed up his right hand-- it's on backwards. See? This is what happens when I don't heavily ref. I only realized it was on the wrong way when I was halfway done with the lines, so I didn't even bother fixing it. Now that I think of it, I really should've. But yeah, I pretty much made up this pose on my own. I really only reffed on Sugimori's art, though I'd occasionally briefly glance at a picture of Dusknoir facing forward just to confirm I wasn't screwing it up badly. That particular picture didn't feature Dusknoir sticking his right hand out, obviously. Other than that, I honestly don't have very many complaints about this picture. Both of his hands in general bother me, though. The things on his shoulders, the thing on his head, and his eye look sort of messed up, too. The background could've been better.


And here's another drawing of Dusknoir I made over the summer. Sadly, I have to admit the older one is better-- simply because his hands are on the right way.
