Marshmallow Warfare

Posted by The Muffin Lucario on Friday, January 28, 2011, In : School
I typed out this huge thing about the marshmallow war earlier, and for some reason it deleted itself. I got this pop-up that said 'Your session has expired'. And then it logged me out, and poof, my post was gone. :/ I tried to rewrite it, but this obviously won't be as good as the first version was.

About a week ago, Mr. Wiest presented us with an activity with yarn to represent the complex system of allies present during World War I. During that class period, he told us that probably next cla...

Zodians

This is a really random roleplay idea I thought up... dunno what I was thinking at the time, but heck, it might get somewhere. I want to see what you guys think, so I can decide whether or not to go on with it, and if I can improve anything if we do make it. I'll also need a bit of help coming up with a plot... and a name. The text below probably will not be the intro; I'm just trying to summarize my ideas. And I'm warning you, they're pretty ridiculous...

No one knows why, no one knows how, b...

A Dream

Posted by The Muffin Lucario on Sunday, January 16, 2011, In : Dreams
I give most of my dreams titles, but I'm stumped on this one. It was just... so random.
In the beginning of the dream, I was with this guy who could apparently transform into anything. I, for some reason, could make purple fire spring from my hands, but I was envious of his power. He told me that I might actually be able to shapeshift if I tried hard enough. I suddenly warped into my old closet (which was apparently still mine), where I had a plethora of animal masks on the top shelf. I grabbe...

What's in a Name

Posted by The Muffin Lucario on Saturday, January 15, 2011, In : Pokémon
Everyday when I get home from school, the first website I head on over to is either Bulbapedia, Serebii, or Pokebeach-- all in hope that more Black and White English names have been revealed. Today, the first site I checked was Bulbapedia, and I grinned at the sight of the newest news articles, which both involved English names. Desukan, Kibago, Musharna, Wargle, Minezumi, Ranculus, Gochizeru, and probably something I forgot officially received their names. But then, I headed on over to...

The Hole in Uranus

Posted by The Muffin Lucario on Friday, January 14, 2011, In : School
Today in science, we were studying planetary rotation and revolution; specifically, we were providing proof of the above happenings. Mr. D (not Dionysus =P) made Michelle hold a white Styrofoam ball on a stick, and said it was the sun. He called on this one dude to portray Earth, and revolve around the "sun". He made him walk around the classroom, and every so often, he would tell him to stop and look at the ceiling and tell the class what he saw; a model of an atom, a wasp nest, the Smartboa...

On a Roll

Posted by The Muffin Lucario on Thursday, January 13, 2011, In : School
For lunch I brought a roast beef, spinach, Swiss cheese and horseradish baguette, a can of Sprite, and a Fruit by the Foot. At the cafeteria, they were serving chicken tenders and other crap. Whenever they serve chicken tenders, no matter what they give you this stupid little bread roll that tastes awful. These bread rolls are often thrown out... it's such a waste, I don't know why they force us to get them. They may taste nasty to us spoiled people, but I bet starving children would be delig...

Tales from the Black ELAgoon

Posted by The Muffin Lucario on Thursday, January 13, 2011, In : School
Today, my ELA teacher wasn't here for whatever reason; the sub never specifically mentioned why, but I'm sure we'll be hearing quite a story next class on Friday. The sub explained that we were going to work in the library today-- I'm not exactly sure why, the thing we were doing did not involve anything in the library in any shape of form. We could've just worked in the classroom like we always do... The library is right down the hall from the enriched ELA room. We bunched into it, and sat d...

The Story of Stripes

Posted by The Muffin Lucario on Saturday, January 8, 2011, In : School
I didn't like Spanish class to begin with. Mrs. PM isn't the nicest teacher on the planet, and I don't like most of the activities we have to participate in. Worse yet is where I sit; my desk is sandwiched between the desks of a popular girl who always slides her desk away from mine and complains about her seat on a daily basis, and her. Her, as in the girl who will remain anonymous but I will refer to as Stripes, since she's obsessed with tigers.
Stripes is a fairly short girl, brown hair, gl...

An Interesting Approach

Posted by The Muffin Lucario on Thursday, January 6, 2011, In : School
We were studying foreign policies in social studies today. Mr. Wiest had us split into groups, and asked us, "What would you do if you wanted everyone to leave this room?" One kid shouted out, "What if we screamed fire? Or pulled the fire alarm?" Another kid suggested we run around the room with a bat like a madman. Just then, two students walked in carrying a bible and a pair of metal baseball bats. Mr. Wiest thanked the kids, and as a prank, asked these two girls to ask whoever had provided...

Hectic Homebase

Posted by The Muffin Lucario on Thursday, January 6, 2011, In : School
Today was an A-day, which meant I had my FACS teacher, Mrs. C, for homebase. Or at least I was supposed to... You see, my homebase is a bit messed up. My regular homebase teacher, Mrs. L (the regular ed ELA teacher) teaches 'writer's workshop', which I believe is a program for people who have bad grades in ELA, on A-days, so I have to stay with the Mrs. C. On B-days, I have chorus, same with every other C-day. The only actual time I see my true homebase teacher is every other C-day when I don...

2010

Posted by The Muffin Lucario on Saturday, January 1, 2011, In : Life
JANUARY
Actual Pokemon Roleplay lived long into January, and was when much of its second expansion took place. I created its third expansion on the 26th, and that lived into the next month for the most part. I spent a lot of this month complaining about or trying to win the Fanatic Challenge, which didn't happen until the following month. The shiny Pichu was distributed at Gamestop until Valentine's Day the following month.
FEBRUARY
February marked the end of APR's glory. I also won the Fanatic...
