A few days ago, my parents decided they'd be going to Toronto to attend the New York Mets vs. Toronto Blue Jays baseball game on Sunday. My mom asked if I wanted to go, and I said, "Sure, whatever." She then asked Jo, who said she didn't want to go. I volunteered to stay home and watch her, but Jo was apparently so appalled by that idea that she decided to go. We would be leaving Saturday night, and returning the next day when the game was over.
Jo went to a birthday party on Saturday afternoon, and when it was over we went to Wal-Mart to pick up snacks and drinks and things. Before we left for Toronto, we stopped at a local Subway to get dinner. I got the usual; tuna and Swiss cheese on hearty Italian bread, and I also got a bottle of pomegranate-passion fruit red tea. After that, we were off. I read a few chapters of The Serpent's Shadow in the car, and for the rest of the ride I looked out the window or talked to Jo.
The drive wasn't very long at all; much shorter than the ride to Long Island. My mom was initially a bit lost when she was looking for somewhere to park, but we found a place eventually. The different areas of the parking unit were labeled with pictures of Canadian animals-- we parked in the wolf section. We ended up getting two rooms on separate floors-- my parents would share one room, and Jo and I would share the other. My parents hung out in our room until we decided to go to bed. We turned on the TV and put on the channel Treehouse for some reason, and that weird show 'Toopy and Binoo' was on. Since my mom accidentally left the snacks in the car, we went to this gift shop thing to get more. We tried to find a vending machine at first, but there weren't any on either of our floors. I got a chocolate bar, cheddar popcorn, and a cream soda, and Jo got Pringles, cheddar popcorn, and a grape soda. After that, my parents left for a while, and my dad let Jo and I watch Fullmetal Alchemist on his tablet. When my mom came back to say goodnight, Jo started crying because she was scared that someone would break into our room or something. She wanted to sleep with my parents, but my mom eventually convinced her to stay with me. Jo actually volunteered to sleep on the floor, so I got the bed to myself. I had a weird dream that night that involved a freaky toy store in this underground system of tunnels.
The following morning, we packed up everything and threw it in the car. We then went off in search of a diner or somewhere to get breakfast. We didn't really have any luck, so in the end we just went to Tim Hortons. I got a breakfast sandwich with bacon and cheese, a frozen raspberry lemonade, and a S'mores doughnut. After that, we went over to the stadium to find our seats.

(I totally lost motivation, so I'll finish this later, hopefully.)
