Under: School
I was in the lunch line, waiting to be served shrimp poppers (which I haven't eaten in forever; I was randomly in the mood for them today =P). Two kids in front of me was one of the guys who used to sit in the booth behind us; in fact, it was Evan, who could be considered their leader. I don't know if I specifically stated it anywhere, but these were the guys that mainly picked on me on the Friday before Halloween- I believe the quote I posted came out of their mouths. Anyway, I began to feel a sense of dread as he noticed me behind him. He smirked and turned to the guy between us before saying, "Ew, Kim (last name) is behind you!"
The other guy looked at me, and then back at Evan. He shrugged, and said, "So what?" Evan gave him a weird look and turned away.
It may seem like a really small thing, but this event really made me happy. Usually, in this situation, the other kid would've either shouted and backed away, laughed with the offender, or picked on me.
It's nice to know that there are some good (or at least not mean and rude) people out there. =)
