Since November 23rd, Jo and I have been looking forward to seeing Reshiram and Zekrom in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. I already posted about how we wouldn't be seeing them live, but it turned out we didn't seem them at all. Well, we would've, if we had been watching the NBC broadcast, but noooooo, my aunt insisted we watch CBS.
The CBS broadcast barely even showed the parade at all; rather they switched back and forth between Carrie Underwood, some football announcer dudes, and some lady who kept blabbing on about how she changed her hat, or stole someone's coat. But what prevented Zekrom and Reshiram from making an appearance was some Victoria's Secret supermodel idiot. They even almost passed over Pikachu because of that freak. I mean, really? I thought this was a parade, not a Carrie Underwood performance-football rant-supermodel talk show-show about lady who steals hats. Jo and I spent the entire three hours of the so-called parade waiting for our beloved yin-yang dragons to show up, all for nothing. When Santa passed by, we were like, WUT. Not that we were really expecting them to show up anymore; it wouldn't make much sense if the electric rat was in the beginning of the parade, and Ram & Rom were at the end.
Our mom later showed us a Youtube clip of the NBC broadcast in which Reshiram and Zekrom DID appear, probably along with a bunch of other stuff CBS skipped over so they can show the hat lady. However, it kept freezing >.> It just wasn't the same as seeing them live on TV.
And apparently, Reshiram is pronounced 'REH-sheh-raam' rather than 'reh-SHEE-raam', as we had been pronouncing it. But I guess you have to take the announcers for granted, because they probably have no idea what they're saying either.
I may seem fairly calm now, but the same couldn't be said directly after the parade ended...

   RESHIRAM AND ZEKROM WERE NOT IN THE FRICKIN CBS BROADCAST OF THE FRICKIN PARADE! INSTEAD THEY SHOWED THIS FRICKIN VICTORIA'S SECRET SUPERMODEL THAT NO ONE FRICKIN GIVES A CRUD ABOUT!
My mom wanted to put on the NBC broadcast of it (WHICH DID SHOW THEM), but my frickin aunt insisted we put on CBS. THEY BARELY EVEN SHOWED THE STUPID PARADE. They just kept showing shots of this lady who kept talking about how she changed her hat and stole someone's coat, and for half of the thing Carrie Underwood or whoever the heck sang like crud, and then these football geeks started ranting about something NO ONE CARES ABOUT.

I only got to see them on a frickin You tube video of the NBC broadcast that kept frickin freezing! Mad For the entire thing my sister and I kept shouting about where Ram and Rom were >.>
