Yesterday, we went shopping for Jo's Halloween costume. She said she wanted to be a dinosaur; a triceratops to be specific. I remembered seeing  triceratops suit at Toys R Us, so we headed there first. Unfortunately for Jo, the triceratops suit was for babies or toddlers. She started pouting, and refused any other costume we pointed out to her there. We then decided to head over to Party City in search of a dinosaur suit.
Man, it was crowded there. Well, in the Halloween aisle, anyway; every other aisle was deserted. We had no luck there, mainly due to the swarms of people. We then headed across the street to a temporary store called Spirit Halloween or something.
Spirit Halloween is a pretty awesome store. It's loaded with tons of costumes and everything Halloween. But, Jo still didn't like anything there, and they didn't have a single dinosaur suit, aside from an adult Rex from Toy Story costume. We spent forever in there, circling around and around in search of a costume Jo liked.
We didn't get anywhere, so we headed over to a Halloween store in the mall... if Spirit Halloween didn't have anything, I don't see how that store could, but whatever. They had these pretty sweet animal masks in the back; an eagle, a zebra, a dog, a horse, an elephant, a giraffe, a frog... but Jo thought they were creepy. When we were about to give up, Jo found a werewolf mask that she took a liking to. It was one of those werewolves with the flat faces, the kind I hate. But my mom bought it without question; at least we found SOMETHING she liked...
